The RACV offer I got last year is 32% discount on electricity usage and supply, 18% on gas usage and supply. The new discount only applies to usage, no discount on supply charge.

Yours only applies to usage. If you use a lot, it may be a good offer. Mine applies to both usage and supply and it's good for my household.
