The issue is the basket not sticking in the portafiller

Ok, I was thinking that your puck was sticking to the top of the filter, which happens to me all the time because I like my puck to be in contact with the top mesh – I know some people don’t like that idea! I resolve that by twisting as I disengage the portafilter.
The filter basket very infrequently will come out of the portafilter, I put that down to being too rough when disengaging.
