Hi folks
Anyone else had this problem where you sign up with the promo code provided on the website and it then updates the monthly fee in the sign up page but when you've submitted the sign up you're then charged the full price?
I had to get on phone to iinet offshore helpdesk to get answers and she credited me back $15 for the incorrect direct debit and said she would raise a ticket to make sure我的付款将包括这笔折扣。
