小弟去药房拿处方药，药房的伙计问我要贵的，还是便宜的，说效果是一样的，就是牌子不一样。 请问大家，便宜的药是仿制药吗？效果如何？

核心的有效成分是一样的，但是纯度、杂质，就很难说了。
既然能合法销售，想必也不会有什么太大风险，不过，细微的差别还是有可能存在的

理论上药效是一样的，但纯度可能还是会差一点点，这个网页上自己也说了：
