准备换个离家近的牙医诊所。但这家是hcf preferred.
我只是普通洗牙补牙。拿bupa卡去这家(hcf preferred), 会有区别吗？

BUPA probably is the most unfair health insurance, if you go to non bupa dental clinic, the rebate for general dental treatment could be pathetic. 1/3 rebate? even the clinic charges is lower the BUPA clinic.
