阳光海岸一老师拳打学生，被判罚款1500元

阳光海岸的一名前教师因为拳打一名14岁的学生，被罚款1500元。
法庭获悉，去年3月12日，当那名学生走出学校校园的时候，Andrew James Best在拍摄他们。
皇家检查官Stipe Drinovac说，那名学生试图从Best 的手里把手机打掉，当时他的手紧靠着其胸部。
Best然后用拳头打了那个学生的下巴左侧。
第一次拳打被认为是自卫，但是第二次拳打被认为是“用力过度。”
在法庭上，这名39岁的人被形容为一个没有犯罪记录的”敬业的老师“。
在宣读判决的时候，法官Suzanne Sheridan对Best说：“一个老师殴打一个学生是不能接受的。“
他以前曾对一起殴打导致身体伤害事件认罪。
他被罚款1500元，没有留下犯罪记录。

Teacher on Sunshine Coast fined $1,500 for punching 14-year-old school student
A former Sunshine Coast teacher has been fined $1500 for punching a 14-year-old student.
A court heard Andrew James Best was filming the student as they walked out of the schoolyard on March 12 last year.
Crown prosecutor Stipe Drinovac said the student attempted to knock the phone out of Best's hands, which were held close to his chest.
Best then punched the student to the left side of the jaw.
The first punch was considered to be self defence, but the second was "excessive force".
The 39-year-old was described in court as a "dedicated career teacher" who had no criminal history.
While delivering her judgement, Judge Suzanne Sheridan told Best "a teacher striking a student is unacceptable".
He previously pleaded guilty to one count of assault occasioning bodily harm.
He was fined $1500 and no conviction was recorded.
