总理暗示：抗击疫情的下个战略是戴口罩

莫里森总理暗示，将来越来越多的澳洲或许被要求在公共场合戴口罩。
在墨尔本的Triple M 做节目时，总理证实从政府得到的最好的卫生建议，对墨尔本人民来说，当周围有人不能保持社交距离时戴口罩。
他说：‘ 我怀疑这或许也将在其它州发生。“。
“这或许在爆发的地区是预防性原则，而戴口罩是一件明智的事情。”
如果最终爆发，这将或许影响悉尼的西南区的Casula，这里急剧增长的案例让联邦政府和州政府倍感忧虑。
昨天联邦政府从国家储备库里拿出500万个口罩发放到深受病毒打击的维州。目前在维州戴口罩不强制，是建议。
虽然在维州致命的感染飙升，莫里森说即使第二波病毒开始袭击其它州和领地，目前他不赞成全国范围内封锁。
在回应新州州长Gladys Berejikilian 时，莫里森说：“防御病毒并不是把一切都统统关闭。”
莫里森说，如果他推出严厉的措施强迫大规模关闭商业活动，“治疗方法比病毒的影响更为糟糕。“
“我听到了这个论调。失业将潜在地翻番，甚至更糟糕。”
“治疗方法比那更糟糕，封锁不可实行。因为我们看到维州爆发的原因是违反了隔离检疫。”
他说，如果把澳洲与世隔绝，还想象澳洲能够运转，是不符合逻辑的。
但是，总理也表示，维州或许实行4级限制令。在过去9天里，维州的病例以三位数在增长，创造了记录。
莫里森说“我的理解是，安德鲁斯州长还没有排除4级限制令。”
墨尔本两个老人院德感染也让当局真正的担忧。
总理也对政府的CovidSafe应用加以辩护，某些人说这是200万元的失败。
他说，批评者肆意烂喷是在破坏人们对技术的信心。

PM hints wearing face masks in public is next virus strategy
More and more Australians could be told to wear face masks in public in the future, Prime Minister Scott Morrison has hinted.
Speaking on Triple M Melbourne, Mr Morrison confirmed that the best health advice from government was for Melburnians to wear face masks when around others if they cannot social distance.
"Now I suspect that will probably start occurring in other states," he said.
It might be a precautionary principle they operate in outbreak areas, and that would be a very sensible thing to do."
If this eventuates, this could affect Casula in Sydney's south-west, where a spiralling outbreak is causing increasing concern to the federal and state government.
Yesterday, the Federal Government released five million face masks from its national stockpile for virus-hit Victoria. Wearing masks in Victoria is currently not mandated, but advised.
Despite the deadly surge in Victoria, Mr Morrison said at present he was not in favour of another nationwide shutdown, even if a second wave of the virus began to hit other states and territories.
"Your protection against the virus is not shutting everything down all the time," he said, mirroring recent remarks from NSW Premier Gladys Berejikilian.
Mr Morrison said "the cure would be worse" than the impact of the virus if he were to roll out stringent measures and force mass closures of businesses.
"You don't just shut the whole country down because that is not sustainable," he said.
"I've heard that argument. There'll be doubling unemployment potentially, and even worse.
"The cure would be worse than what, arguably, wouldn't be delivered anyway because as we've seen with the outbreak in Victoria it came from a breach in quarantine."
He said it was illogical to imagine Australia functioning if it was isolated from the rest of the world.
But the prime minister did suggest stage four restrictions could be imposed on Victorians, where record-breaking triple figure case numbers have been reported over the past nine days.
"My understanding is Premier [Daniel] Andrews hasn't ruled [stage four] out," Mr Morrison said.
"I mean he's not ruling anything out, which is understandable in the circumstances."
The infections in two aged-care homes in Melbourne were of real concern to authorities.
Mr Morrison said plans were underway to move people out of those nursing homes into "other facilities, hospital facilities".
Much had been learned from tragic death tolls in two Sydney aged-care homes in the pandemic's first wave, he said.
The prime minister also defended the government's CovidSafe app, branded by some a $2million failure.
Critics taking "potshots" were "undermining" confidence in the technology, he said.

戴口罩属于最后的防线。如果前边的隔离、检疫、app、社交距离、信息披露统统千疮百孔的话，个人除了把自己关在家里，也只有戴口罩能多多少少保护自己了。
为什么中国人从一开始就知道抢口罩，因为对于一切的不信任，求人不如求自己。希望这次疫情，让更多澳洲人意识到这一点。

住的区比较苦逼，一月份就轮到了，三月份爆发附近也有不少病例，二月份短暂脱了几周，从三月份开始到现在没脱过，口罩继续带下去吧～
