昆州州长呼吁莫里森政府解决与中国的贸易紧张问题

昆州州长Palaszczuk督促联邦政府解决与中国的贸易紧张关系， 说“贸易=工作岗位”。

在北京对澳洲葡萄酒施加严重的关税的当天，昆州州长Palaszczuk 呼吁莫里森政府解决和中国的贸易紧张关系。

在中国商业部指控澳洲向中国市场倾销葡萄酒以操控价格之后，澳洲的葡萄酒业正在做遭受巨大损失的准备。

州长说， 阳光之州的出口对其经济至关重要， 在昆州的资源行业遭受类似的制裁前督促联邦政府消除与澳洲最大伙伴的紧张关系。

星期五州长在昆州资源委员会演讲时说：“正如与我们主要的贸易伙伴建立在长久的互相尊重基础上，昆州与中国的贸易关系强劲而持久。”

“我们是可以信赖高度信任的高质量的出口商， 中国的买家愿意购买我们出产的东西。“

“像这个房间里的很多人一样， 我希望这些问题能够尽快解决，因为开放的贸易意味着在这里和国外更多的工作岗位。”

据《澳洲人报》报道， 多达80多艘的船只运载超过1亿澳元的煤炭滞留在中国海岸线之外，州长的这番话是在这个背景下说的。

她说：“ 当我们有必要时，我们与联邦政府提出这些问题， 例如目前发生的运输煤炭的船只问题。“

“我最不想看到的事情是昆州的煤矿关闭，以昆州的工作损失为代价。”

从今天（星期六）起， 中国对澳洲出口的葡萄酒征收212%的关税，紧张关系升级， 贸易部长伯明翰说对12亿澳元的葡萄酒行业‘判了死刑’。

州长透露与日本的最大氢公司- 岩谷产业株式会社建立了贸易伙伴关系， 通过Gladstone的出口设施出口。

她说：“ 日本对再生能源氢的需求增长迅速。“

”如果我们能把昆州放在这种资源的主要出口商的位置， 昆州将位于再生能源革命的前沿。“

州长坚持认为”氢是未来（的能源）“

Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has called on the Morrison Government to resolve trade tensions with China on the same day Beijing slapped crippling tariffs on Australia’s wine industry.

The sector is bracing for significant losses after China’s Commerce Ministry accused Australian producers of flooding the market with cheap wine to manipulate pricing.

Ms Palaszczuk said the Sunshine State’s exports were crucial for its economy and urged the federal government to iron out tensions with Australia’s largest trading partner before its resources industry copped similar sanctions.

“Queensland’s trade relationship with China is strong and enduring, based on a long history of mutual respect just as we have with our major trading partners,” she said in an address to the Queensland Resources Council on Friday.

“We are reliable and highly trusted suppliers of high quality exports, and Chinese buyers want to buy what we produce.

“Like many in this room, I hope that these issues can be resolved as quickly as possible because open trade means more jobs here and abroad.

“Trade equals jobs.”

Ms Palaszczuk’s comments also come after reports from The Australian that more than 80 ships carrying more than $1 billion of coal were stuck off the coast of China.

“We will continue to raise issues with the federal government when we need to, such as what’s happening at the moment with coal ships off China,” she said.

“The last thing I want to see are mines shutting down in Queensland at the expense of Queensland jobs.”
Tariffs of up to 212 per cent will be placed on wine exports to China from Saturday, a dramatic escalation in tensions Trade Minister Simon Birmingham said slams a “guillotine” on the $1.2 billion sector.

“These are very significant impositions on Australian wine,” the senator told reporters on Friday. “They will have the effect of rendering largely unmarketable, unviable to the China wine industry, or the Chinese wine market, for Australian producers.

“It‘s of great concern that China has taken this action, and it’s an action that comes on top of an accumulation of other actions during the course of this year in particular.

“The idea that Australia somehow subsidises our wine industry for it to be able to dump or sell its product below cost on international markets is a falsehood. It is wrong, and the findings of this preliminary investigation are erroneous in fact and in substance.”

Preliminary findings from the Chinese investigation into the Aussie industry showed there was a “causal relationship between dumping and material damage”.

“There is dumping of imported wines originating in Australia, and the relevant domestic wine industry in China has been substantive,” the Chinese ministry said in a statement.

Speaking to the state’s resource council, Ms Palaszczuk again confirmed her commitment to support the coal sector which relies on the China market, while also revealing a new renewable energy project to diversify the state’s export channels.

The premier revealed a partnership with Japan’s largest hydrogen company Iwatani through a new export facility in Gladstone.

“Demand for renewable hydrogen out of Japan is growing rapidly,” she said.

“If we can position Queensland as a key exporter of this resource, Queensland will be at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution.

“To do that, we must partner with Japanese energy suppliers — and when it comes to hydrogen, they don’t come any larger than Iwatani.”

Ms Palaszczuk insists “hydrogen is the future”.

“We’re investing in this sector because we know the great potential this industry has to drive Queensland’s economic recovery in years to come,” the premier said.

“For the first time in history, I have appointed a Minister for Renewables and Hydrogen. This is testament to the importance of this industry in rebuilding our economy.”

澳洲政府做这些事情之前就应该预计到今天的局面，当时没做什么也就算了，到现在都没基本没看到亡羊补牢的行为。市场迁移了吗？如果没迁移的话有拿出财政收入或者收什么特别税来保护受损行业吗？

每次只能看到说“澳洲绝不交易价值观”，暂且不说中国有没有要求澳洲改变价值观才正常贸易，只看见这届澳洲政府嘴上喊得大义凛然，实际有用的事情没干几件。

另外再重复一下，现在的状况是世界上绝大多数国家跟澳洲一个价值观，但目前基本只有澳洲面临着最差的局面。这要说不是澳洲政府的责任，很难信服。
