澳洲新州政府将发20万张$100住宿代金券刺激经济

为了给城市注入新的活力，新州政府决定将向全州居民提供100澳元的代金券，可以用于悉尼市中心的酒店住宿。

政府将于周四宣布一项5150万澳元的CBD经济刺激计划，时间点特意选择在JobKeeper结束的时候。

当局将提供20万张价值100澳元的住宿代金券，获取的方式是先到先得。

政府认为，更多的酒店过夜将会刺激人们在CBD的商店和餐厅进行消费。

政府还将宣布一项针对现场音乐和CBD商业活动的计划，以使人潮可以涌入市中心。

关注城市是联邦政府本月宣布的旅游刺激计划中的一个缺口。

新州州长Gladys Berejiklian表示：“在过去的一年里，国际，州际还有商务旅行者都没有了，CBD的生意，尤其是住宿行业的生存无比艰难。”

据悉，住宿代金券将只能用于在悉尼市区注册并运营的住宿供应商。

预计该计划将在较为清淡的6月冬季推出。

现场音乐支援计划将主要针对音乐场所，一位政府消息人士指出，其中一些音乐场所正处于“生死边缘”，希望注资2400万澳元的支援计划能将其挽救。

还有500万澳元用于举办商业活动，希望可以将员工和商人带回CBD，另有200万澳元用来促进旅游业。

旅游局长Stuart Ayres称，音乐行业正“从冬眠中苏醒”。

新州财长Dominic Perrottet表示，因为国境关闭没有国际旅行，另外很多人家中工作，导致CBD的数千家生意损失惨重。

NSW residents will be handed free $100 vouchers with the ­direction to plough the money into hotels in Sydney’s CBD as the government tries to breathe new life into the city.

The Government will on Thursday announce a $51.5 million stimulus package for the CBD, timed deliberately with the end of JobKeeper.

There will be 200,000 ­accommodation vouchers worth $100 each available to people on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Securing more overnight stays will have the flow on effect of driving spending in the CBD in shops and restaurants, the government believes.

The government will also announce a rescue package for live music and CBD business events in a bid to flood the area with people.

The focus on the city recognises a gap in the tourism stimulus package announced by the federal government this month.

“With international, interstate and business travellers virtually non-existent for the past year, the CBD, and in ­particular the accommodation industry has done it tough,” Premier Gladys Berejiklian said.

“This new program will be in addition to our other stimulus measures such as the Dine & Discover scheme, and will provide a boost to accom­modation providers in what is a traditionally very quiet ­period.”

It is understood the accommodation vouchers will need to be spent on accommodation providers who are registered businesses and operate in the City of Sydney.

It is expected they will be rolled out in June, during the quieter winter period.

The live music support package will target music ­venues, with one government source noting several are on their “last legs” and will be saved by the injection of $24 million.

There is $5 million for business industry events, designed to bring workers and business people back into the CBD, and a further $2 million tourism boost.

Tourism Minister Stuart Ayres said the music industry was “coming out of hibernation”.

“This package will ­ensure our much loved venues are there to host the gigs ­people want to see. Our success in containing COVID-19 means we can now focus on ­assisting these vital industries get back to business.”

NSW Treasurer Dominic Perrottet said thousands of businesses in the CBD lost significant revenue with so many people working from home and no international travel.

这办法可以就是有点麻烦要一家一家的查，而且很多地址是一个街号的第几间店，google出来的不一定准确。如果统一印刷宣传画能用券的餐馆在店门口贴上就方便找了
