澳洲大布里斯班地区今晚开始进入72小时封城

经过24小时内录得4个新本地感染病例后，大布里斯班地区从今天下午5点开始进入3天封锁。

州长Annastacia Palaszczuk今天确认新的两个病例与之前的一个病例是接触者，另外两个正在调查。

她也宣布人们必须戴口罩。其中一个病人去了Gladstone，家庭聚会人数不得超过30人。

Palaszczuk女士说: “我知道这意味着某些人的生活将会受到影响，但我们之前做过，我们之前也度过了这样的3天封锁，如果每个人都遵守规定，那么我肯定我们这次可以再度过的。

根据封锁规定，大布里斯班居民只能因为4个必需原因出门: 食物，运动，重要工作和医疗原因。

明天开始学校停学。

Recap of the Qld update
Wow, there was a lot in that. In grim news, Brisbane is facing another three-day lockdown. But let's quickly summarise what we just heard:

Queensland has recorded 10 new cases of coronavirus, four of those locally acquired and six from overseas.

Two of the new community transmission cases were linked to the 26-year-old landscaper from Stafford who tested positive to the highly infectious UK strain on Thursday night. The other two have an unknown origin, although one is believed to be a nurse at the PA Hospital, and the other case is her sister.

One of the new cases has been infectious in the community while in Gladstone and health authorities are trying to identify where that person has been. They were there from March 25 ot March 28. Two of the new cases were in Byron Bay while infectious - we're still waiting on the specific dates they were there.

Greater Brisbane will now go into a three-day lockdown as of 5:00pm today and masks will be mandatory. This includes the Ipswich, Logan, Redlands, Moreton and Brisbane council areas. Schools will close from tomorrow and people in Greater Brisbane will only be able to leave their homes for essential reasons like grocery shopping, exercise, work and medical care.

The Premier has declared greater Brisbane a hotspot and has urged other state and territory leaders to do the same.
