Residents in South Australia have rejected billionaire Elon Musk’s plans for a battery factory site in Adelaide.
The City of Marion Council received almost 1,000 submissions from the public, where more than 90 per cent of responses opposed the idea.
The council had been considering selling a 2,600 square metre plot of land, which would not be publicly accessible.
