CA网站提供的prescribed textbook 需要购买最新版么？
朋友给了我一本2012年的Audit handbook... 实在不知道在还有没有用呢？还是需要去购买最新版本的，因为CA官网上有更新。

Audit handbook is useful for some questions. It is your risk to decide whether you are using the old standards (there were some changes between 2012 to 2016 over different sections of the auditing standards). CA will mark the response based on the most recent standard.
However, you can print the update handbook from the link below. You can read the new standards and compared with your 2012 book and reprint certain sections that were outdated.

So it is up to you whether you want to buy a new book or not.

没有一门课需要买课本的，买了平时也没时间看，考试的时候也没有时间翻

我考的时候就没有买新的， 去网上看看有什么更新的standard打印更新的部分就可以了。

能报销就买，不给报销就别买了，没时间看，考试用不上。从没碰到考试要求reference的，真碰到就放弃，顶多1，2分的事情。
