工作主要职责：
1. 和客户沟通并协助Broker准备贷款所需文件
2. 根据不同银行要求，审核客户贷款资料，确保符合银行标准
3. 整理资料，输入applyonline系统，向银行递交贷款申请
4. 跟进贷款进程，与BDM沟通直至settle
5. 了解熟悉信贷相关产品及定时更新
6. Post settlement Enquiry
要求：
1. 最好有贷款相关经验
2. 基本office软件操作包括Outlook, Word, Excel等
3. 有Applyonline经验者优先
4. 良好的语言沟通和写作能力
5. 认真负责细心并高度专注于细节
6. 有公司团队合作精神
7. 优秀的时间管理能力

Due to our current expansion, we are now requiring an experienced Mortgage Broker/Loan Writer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities will be:
Lodge and monitor loan applications
Assess serviceability
Generate compliance documents
Complete file management and follow ups
Liaise with clients and lenders.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Previous experience as a mortgage broker or loan writer
Attention to detail and accuracy, and an ability to multitask
Impeccable phone manner with strong written and verbal skills
Highly motivated and organized
Strong computer and office skills
