Product and Quality Support officer
A/. Requirements:
Engineering-trained background
Minium 3 years of Experience in manufacturing of mechanical products
Ability to work with Auto CAD and Solid Works
Experience lifting, lashing, materials handling, and other heavy machinery preferred.
International manufacturing experience is valued
Chinese language skills preferred.
B/. Tasks Responsibilities include:
1/.TECHNICAL: Ensuring product specifications meet market requirements
2/.QUALITY: Evaluating manufacturing capabilities Overseeing product compliance
3/.Marketing
1/. Technical:
Research Australian standards and international standards for rigging and lifting products, analyse critical attributes to generate QA inspection check list.
Verify technical requirements with clients and pass on technical requirement to China team/overseas supplier.
Maintain records for products drawings/specifications/Test Certificate and ensure products testing certificates meeting standard requirements
Participation in product specifications and development, coordinating with China team for developing products, keep records of sample and counter sample.
Product data base - to maintain products record, maintain testing record and analysing test data.
AutoCAD skills and convert samples to AutoCad drawing.
2/.Quality :
Conduct Supplier Assessment and working with China QA/product teams to follow up for inspection and testing.
