emmm, This offer has been acting real funny in my account though. sometimes it's there, later on it's disappeared. I don't know if you can find Hertz offer $200, $50 back? They came to account at around the same day.

It should be like that. When you purchase the ticket, it will ask if you are new member. If you click no, probably joining fee will be waived.
