opened New US account. I then added a USA address as primary and a Australian address as secondary. I used my AU phone number for both. I linked my current PayPal to this account. I added item to cart to ship to AU address. Appplied code. Payed via PayPal. No dramas.
Find an item you want on ebay.com.au
remove .au from URL, add to cart, checkout, apply code, pay with paypal in AUD.
You have effectively applied a 15% discount against ebay.com.au

等这个15%的为啥不用5%加上gc？毕竟usa这个是没办法叠加用澳洲ebay的gc的
