最近收到NAB发信，要加interest only margin。 上次，利率已经涨了（interest only）,又要涨？

Hi guy,
I just did refinance from NAB to Suncorp.
My mortgage broker is very good. My rate (principal plus interest) was 4.89%, after refinance now it is 4.2% and receive cash back $1500, and no ongoing fee.
