because can't type chinese, so have to choose english.
DO i have to trade with ABN or as a company? or I can do it as an individual?
Are there any ways to reduce tax liability if possible?
I plan to start a small business so please help me with this.

澳洲一些东西出口也要许可证的（厂家申请即可），比如红酒。
最好去申请个ABN（个人），同时申请个生意名称注册。因为，你若和中国的公司打交道，没有个名称就不方便了。比如，你要给人家开出发票，人家要到海关凭这个东西报关的。

生意名称到消费者保护机构就可以申请，不用注册公司的。
