买炉具，找工人，只要你给钱，这都不是问题，
难点是找合适的地方，房东肯让你改造商业厨房，council也要批准，装修期间的rental也要和房东谈，建个商业厨房需要时间，和金钱。
你问的不明白，不知道你进行到哪个步骤了

r u looking to get finance ? if so, then u need to have a residential property as a security for business loan..doesnt matter if it's mortgaged or not....
u need to goto an accountant who will work out the cashflows forecast for the coming years...a well structured business plan including research and SWOT analysis and of coure the cashflow...
