Unless there are significant assets that can be sold, There is a fair chance you will get nothing regardless so not worth worrying about.

Unfortunately I have to agree with your statement as I have never seen a liquidator lose money on a liquidation.
They always seem to find out how much work is required to wind up a company based on how much money is in the company, just enough to cover their fees and the others get SFA.
