成本在80-90万左右，要买house
目前目光集中在中区的mt roskill, onehunga, hillsborough, blockhouse bay, avondale, 西区的henderson, newlynn, 以及北岸的albany, forrest hill, takapuna等地
请大神帮我从适合的价格，治安管理，未来地区发展空间，以及出租难易程度来分析一下有哪几个区推荐购买 多谢各位

符合这么多条件的homestay去哪里找？我又不是大爷，奥克兰的homestay总不能排着队媚笑着等我翻牌子吧。在当初那波留学潮的时候，有个正常人家住就不错了，要什么自行车。
估计我的中介当初十分无语。
现在奥克兰的地产市场也是一样，无论媒体和论坛有什么样的消极论调，市场毕竟不是靠舆论支撑起来的。眼下现状仍然是强势的卖家市场。特别是八九十万的预算，只能说是我看看市场上能买到什么样的房子，而不是说我想买什么样的房子。别说八九十万预算了，就是找八九十万CV的房子，选择也没有一大堆一大堆的。
所以，有个差不多的homestay就去住了；有个差不多的房子就买吧

你挑的北岸这几个区，都很贵80-90万想买house,难度非常大。也许西区henderson,newlynn似乎可以关注一下。
不过现在稍微好点的区都是过百万了。
