We are seeking a skilled Company Secretary to be part of our close-knit team with a positive culture. You will be responsible for providing a high level of proactive and professional secretarial and administrative support to the relevant business functions.


Job Description:

  • Responsible for preparation and deadline management of a wide range of business administrative and regulatory filings, including but not limited to Annual Returns, IRD and IRS (FATCA and QI), ASIC (e.g. Annual Statement), Companies Office filings, and the maintenance and updating of all company information on relevant registers;

  • Board Reports and Minutes taking and filing;

  • Responsible for project-based investment and finance research and analysis;

  • Maintenance and updating of all professional registers for company stakeholders (e.g. CPD records) in compliance with local requirements;

  • Other general secretarial and administrative duties as required.




Additional Requirements:

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Relevant tertiary degree in Finance or Business;

  • Proven experience providing efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support is an advantage however not essential;

  • Exceptional prioritisation, organisation and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail coupled with a high degree of accuracy;

  • Abilities to problem solve, multi-task, meet deadlines and work under pressure;

  • Knowledge with NZX, ASIC and FMA framework, as well as exposure to governance and Board processes would be highly advantageous, but not a must;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills with a friendly ‘can do’ attitude, and a strong desire to contribute positively to the team environment;

  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English is a must, with strong English reading abilities;

  • Must be Eligible to work in New Zealand with a valid working Visa.

8. Notify relative account and follow up;
9. Help others with customer/supplier communications;
10. Answer customer inquiries and help the customer with his/her orders problems;
11. 8:00 am group meeting on Monday: discuss the issues of the previous week and this week’s job arrangement; Need to prepare the past week’s praise/error report to the manager before the meeting, issue meeting minutes after the meeting;
12. Sometime may involve after hours communication with Internal Team and customer;
13. Work arrangement for the next 2 days after tomorrow and work results of the previous day to be updated in the Installation Management Vchat Group;
