Power cycling the inverter was the only way I could get things back to normal.
It took a while for me to get the issue escalated properly but the manufactureer eventually logged in remotely and did firmware updates that seemed to have eliminated the issue.

How good is the wifi to your sigenergy (maybe think about hard wired) and how good is your internet connection?
There is some info somewhere on Whirlpool the exact IP addresses that you can ping at times you see this happening to confirm if its your network or UE server is down
