澳洲维州在墨尔本北区录得两例“疑似”COVID-19阳性病

维州卫生当局报告了墨尔本北区的两例“疑似”COVID-19阳性病例。

卫生厅在推特写道：“目前据了解这两人是有关联的。”

“当局对这些结果正在进行全面调查，并正在采取初步的公共卫生行动，同时这两个人都进行了隔离和紧急重新测试。”

“我们将在调查和病例谈话完成后，尽快通报社区需要采取的任何具体公共卫生行动。”

此前，在本月早些时候返回墨尔本的一名阳性病例的暴露地点发生混淆后，当局加强了在Epping的测试。

当局列出了Epping的Woolworths，而应该是Epping North的Woolworths。

周日，当局仍在等待与该暴露地点有关的三个人的测试结果，而其他10人的测试结果为阴性。

现在判定病例与过去的病例或暴露地点可能有多大关联还为时过早

交通基础设施部长Jacinta Allan说，重新测试将有助于当局确定可能的病例是否可以被确认为阳性。

她说：“随着我们从调查和谈话中获得更多信息，我们将为维州社区提供更新，这两例可能的病例是否确定为阳性病例，以及任何需要的信息，例如任何潜在的暴露地点。”

她无法确认这些病例是否与暴露地点的混淆有关。

Allan女士说：“现在对这两个病例和以前的病例之间的联系得出任何结论还为时过早。公共卫生团队将努力工作来获得信息。”

Brett Sutton told ABC Radio Melbourne last Friday that there could be positive cases out of the contact tracing mix-up
"Well, it really was that the information we got at the time was that the Woolworths was Woolworths Epping, that's what was captured at that time. We've had this wastewater detection so we've gone back and reinterviewed people in relation to it and it's come out that it's actually the Woolworths Epping North site."

"Essentially you need to get tested [if you were there]. Isolate until you get a result. Look I expect we'll get negative results. We've got to be super precautionary in this space as you know. The efforts we make now really pay off.

"It's going to be hard thinking back two weeks. But maybe people should think about whether they're a regular customer of Epping North Woolies rather than the other or if they go to both .. if from time to time they're a customer of Woolworths Epping North it's probably worth being tested.

"A combination of needing to clarify this new information and the fact that we've got a wastewater detection," he said.

"But we've got no exposure sites in this catchment [of wastewater detection]. We know that the original case from South Australian quarantine was obviously in Wollert but then completed his isolation in a health hotel. So he's been out of the catchment for ten days.

"So, the fact that we've got detections now in the catchment is something worth investigating.

"It may be that there are some close contacts who end up positive. But it may also be that we've got an undetected primary close contact or casual close contact who's out there and potentially infectious."

A face I'm sure many are beginning to associate with Victorian COVID news is Stephanie Ferrier, who has jumped on the News Channel to bring us up to speed.

"This is certainly a blow for many of the people here in Victoria because we have gone 87 days in a row without any local community transmissions of coronavirus and just a short time ago the Health Department tweeted out saying that there were two likely cases of coronavirus.
"It is likely these two individuals are connected to each other, although we are not yet sure of the connection that they have with this case from the man north of Melbourne, he is the man who came back from the Playford hotel back on 4 May and he completed his 14 days of quarantine that obviously picked it up there.
"This man, aged in his 30s, arrived back in Victoria and back to his home, just north of Melbourne, on 4 May. He developed systems on 8 May and got tested around the 10th. He came back with a positive result on the 11th. There were several locations on May 8 including train lines, including a  restaurant in the QVB which is a problem in terms of the QR codes, also Woolworths in Epping was a high exposure side he had gone to.

"Subsequent to that we saw some wastewater detection had come up showing viral fragments in the North Epping area. That is 21 May. It is around that time Professor Brett Sutton put out a statement saying they had gone back through the records and actually identify the factor had a contact tracing error, but it wasn't actually the Woolworths in Epping, but it was in Epping North.

"I understand that was because it came up as Epping on an electronic transaction or a statement and then it was clear that that was actually not quite right once they had received these wastewater fragment samples. So they went back, worked out it was Epping North. As a result of that they put out a call for anybody who had been at that high risk exposure site on 8 May. They got a strong community response which they were pleased about.

"Then they found 13 individuals that they were classifying as contacts as a result of that. 10 of those 13 tests came back negative yesterday. So we were still waiting to hear back on the final three, we do not know whether these two individuals are connect to those final three people who are waiting on test results.

"After all they have also received thousands of tests as a result of this wastewater fragment and people heeding the call and coming forward to get tested as well. We're still trying to find that information.

"The ABC understands that they are currently in the throes of going through these interviews with the two individuals concerned so they are trying to find out all of this information, how this puzzle fits together and it is understood they will probably be able to come up and do some sort of a press conference early in the afternoon at some stage, once they have got all of those details.

"But clearly what -- given about what has happened with this mixup between Epping and Epping North, they want to cross the 't's and dot the 'i's and be very careful in the information they present to the public.

"As a preparatory measure, we understand that these close contacts of family members of these two individuals, they are already being isolated as well. They obviously going through the interview and trying to find anybody else who needs to get isolated as part of the so-called third ring that Victoria institutes as soon as they have any positive cases."

唉，所以澳洲的政府不出事不会有行动，有行动了我们就要高度重视，一般就是有病例了，唉，关键打疫苗的那些人会不会有传染性比如自己不会得但会传给没打疫苗的人，如果是这样，大家都恢复上班的情况下，同事打了，没打疫苗真是裸奔
