Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan has confirmed she will tr​​avel to China for her second overseas trade mission in September this year.

Premier Allan has also announced a 'China Strategy' with five key points, including food, education, medicine and technology.

The announcement was made at the City of Melbourne's M2050 Summit, which has attracted hundreds to debate the city's long-term future.
