Qantas has confirmed a cyber incident at one of its contact centres on Monday.
The airline says a cybercriminal targeted a call centre and gained access to a third-party customer servicing platform.
An investigation into what customer data has been stolen is underway.
The system contained customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, birth dates and frequent flyer数字。
