Please be aware we’ve received duplicate payments through credit card xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx for invoice xxxxx through Moto Machine on 07/10/08. A refund of $ xxx has been made to your visa card and your card authorization details and transaction histories have been attached.

是说银行通过自动转帐付了你的某个帐单,后来发现你的帐单已经支付,所以又通过自动转帐系统把你多付的钱打回到你的卡上了.
这里有些帐单是自动通过你的卡付帐的.你不用管它,他们自己就收了.
应该是这样吧?这个操作的是银行还是收你钱的那个公司就不知道了..
