1.last day for which paid和final pay period ending date有什么区别?

区别在于：比如某职工最后一天上班是８月４号，这个日子是 last day for which paid；但通常来说他的PAY要到本周末才发，那么８月７号是 final pay period ending date

different companies have different pay period, for example some are paid weekly some are paid fortnightly. That's your pay period, but you can quit a job and only get paid till the last day you worked, therefore they are different if you do not complete the fully pay period.
