因为有损失了80万订金受害者家属是律师，对未来老板发起了破产诉讼程序，所以之前多数通过的“X Man空气房抵债”的计划相当于被否决了。

n December, Ralan's Gold Coast apartment buyers voted in favour of a deed of company arrangement (DOCA) proposed by Mr O'Dwyer that would give them the opportunity to recoup their losses by buying discounted Sydney apartments from another developer, Toplace Group, rather than getting back only a few cents in the dollar through liquidation.
The remaining, mostly inactive, Ralan entities as well as those tied to its under-construction Arncliffe project in Sydney (in the hands of receivers Deloitte) were placed in liquidation.
Mr O'Dwyer confirmed the deed of company arrangement was "null and void".
