上周看个2房UNIT, 中介说没有冷静期, 因为是拍卖房,即便sold before auction也是没有.
请问房子没拍卖就买了都没有冷静期那,还是这个卖主自己加的啊

If you purchase a property that has been offered for sale by public auction either at the auction or within 3 clear business days before or after the auction, there is no cooling off period.
但如果超过3天还是有的
其他restriction还有if
The parties have previously entered into a contract for the same property in similar circumstances
The purchaser received independent legal advice from a lawyer before signing the contract
The purchaser is an estate agent or a corporate body (e.g. a company)
