I just bought a property and have my loan with the bank for 5.59% fix 3 years... anyone think thats a good loan? or will interest rate keep dropping?

5.59% fixed 3 years, that's the second lowest fixed interest rate you can get in the market for now. the lowest is at 5.57%. Based on the observation of rba cash rate and market, there might be one interest rate drop in the future, but chances are 5.5% will nearly be the baseline. Fixed at 5.59% looks to be a pretty fair deal. The interest wont drop lower than 5.3% i bleieve.

目前我知道最低的fix是2-3年 5.55%
如果利率上涨你承担不起的话,那就选择现在fix咯(或你认为5.59%够合理的话)
