家里有套投资房，已经出租几年了。
由于最近老公工作变动，打算搬去这套房子做自住。
请问有没有需要做什么手续？（ATO，税务，STAMP DUTY ETC。）
如果万一住了几年后又搬出去重新出租呢？

If both properties have the similar amount of loan, it should be okay. Otherwise, you do need to consider the issue of interest charged.
