The warning is that the Registrar General (government) has not verified the boundaries of the land. This is probably because the land was under the old system and then it was converted into the new system of titles (Torrens Title). The government is warning you that it’s not guaranteeing that the boundaries to your property are correct.

看了另外一个帖子说可以申请, 可是如果申请不下来不是一个麻烦吗? 以后卖也不好卖, 那么多房子, 如果是我就买没麻烦的。不过Granville便宜, 可是好像工业区, 住那里会不会空气不好?
