我反而觉得这个list上很多区区才是购买热点，都符合3S规则，只有形成社区以后升值潜力大，明显的例子就是zetland，rosebery几年前都是厂房区，这才几年，现在买这几个区的人都不差钱，而不远的地方eastlakes倒是没风险，因为公屋和低收入人群那里的房子涨的像蜗牛

Postcodes requiring a 20 per cent deposit and where the bank is eyeing potential future risks are on the bank's "B" list. Many have been at the centre of the boom in apartment construction. The central business districts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth were all on the "B" list.
NAB chief risk officer David Gall last month said the bank would "look very closely at areas that have had very dramatic increases in property values to consider what is the right ongoing LVR".
The "B" group was dominated by Sydney suburbs, which accounted for 34 of the 43 postcodes listed in this category.
It included a range of suburbs, from inner-city areas such as Glebe and Chippendale to Campsie, Kingsgrove, Chatswood, Baulkham Hills and Cabramatta.
NAB said the postcode policy would apply to all new loan applications received after September 18.

看了链接中的正文才发现，有幸被列到Group B里的都是房价涨的凶的区。

我对nab把bh列入这个group B 感到非常的愤怒，本来这区还不是非常出名，这么一列上去，就出名了，来买房的人更多了

baulkham hill 本来就背离价值。不能rebuild，离商业中心远，价格昂贵。
