Will the massive losses from mortgage defaults be dumped onto the backs of taxpayers? Or perhaps savers, wage earners, pensioners via currency devaluation to profit the private banks that created this sub-prime mortgage garbage? Same damn problem in Canada - we're watching the Australian property market for clues as to what might happen to us.
