那算完也不是很高，不如找个７％pa左右的帐户划算

有10万还不如放在offset账户里面呢。回报要远远高于7.7%而且免税。

要存超过110k利息才和7%的帐户相当.
那个Unlimit internet+phone+ATM的价值不过是每年$36.而那10k的利息就至少是$700了.
