所有的公立小学是政府按照所在区的人口状况来设置enrollment的人数的，原本没什么所谓“学区”，只有你住在这个区内就能够上学。
但是因为各种各样的原因，有些小学每年的报名人数会远远大于其规定的enrollment人数，那么学校在无法扩大招生规模的情况下，就有了学区，通常这样的“学区”就会比这个区要小。
反过来，如果这个学校每年报名人数经常小于其规定的enrollment人数（招不满），那么学校可以招收隔壁邻近区的学生，通常这样的“学区”就会比这个区范围要大。
所以你最好都去一下这两个学校，看看学校环境（特别是Before School Care/After School Care），问清楚他们的招生范围，和你具体的交通状况再来决定。
