i rang the agent. sold for 630K (or 603K, can't hear him clearly) CV 365K, it is about 60-70% above CV.
And it is not even in the new school's zone.

It is sold at $603K (agent just called me back).
just noticed the house is not northfacing. OK, i fee much better now.......
there is not many full section with decent 3 bedroom house in the west harbour under 600k la. This one can be rented out very soon.
