The Reserve Bank has cut the official cash rate has been cut to 1.75 per cent.
Economists were widely expecting the Reserve Bank governor Wheeler to cut the OCR by another 25 basis points to a record low 1.75 per cent today.
Experts, however, believe that won't bring fixed term mortgage rates down and instead they are likely to head upwards on the back of rising international borrowing costs for the banks.
ASB last Friday increased its three-year standard fixed term rate from 4.89 per cent to 5.09 per cent and lifted its five-year standard rate from 5.29 per cent to 5.49 per cent.
BNZ on Tuesday announced it would increase its three-year fixed home-loan rate by 10 basis points to 4.59 per cent from today.

基准利息每怎么变， 不会罚钱的，你可以问问，可能才几百

问了，说是几百，但是也说，就只是今天而已，具体交割当天罚多少，还没数。
我以前一个同事就是这样，一开始是说几百，最后交割完毕以后，银行扣了大几千。。。
悲剧了 。。。
所以我现在也很挣扎。
