算了吧，美国涨的一踏糊涂，举世皆然。而且是在低利率环境下，几乎有脑子的都知道已经有失控的可能了。
现在经济增长，能跌就奇怪了。
如果经济有点风吹草动，还要降息，持有成本下降，能跌就奇怪了。
控制是被迫的。治标不治本，愿望是好的，目前调控力度根本不够。现在靠控制舆论导向。

虽然是广告，但是同时做到这三点难度确实很大。特别如果“to house everyone”就等于都要买房的话，基本不可能。
