说白了,房地产的畸形本质是:

人们没有意识到,自己辛辛苦苦上班省吃俭用拿来还的贷款,其实都是在为房地产受益者的消费买单,为他们的豪车为他们子女的美容院和投资买单。你以为你赚了,你的房子值好几百万,你自豪的还着这几十年的债,其实,你该拥有的不止这套房子,你该拥有的是拒绝用一半的工资为别人买单。
你在嘲笑着没有你那么多房子的人群,你赢了。
人们被剥夺了居住条件(包括拥有几套房的人),可是人们还高高兴兴的为剥夺你权力的人买单。卖地的政府继续卖地给投资人,投资人继续给分地的主腐败受贿的福利,地主继续拿着你还给银行的债网罗更多你这样的小鱼。越多鱼,上贡的银子越多。

银行理直气壮地说借债还钱,杀人偿命,是天经地义的,可是银行却不敢告诉你,给你借钱,赚钱白赚,杨白劳一样为别人的消费买单,天经地义 !

这个世界多了太多因为房地产才出现的首富二富,我们都以为理所当然的,我们都在嫉妒他们,殊不知我们这群羊活该被宰被轮流剃羊毛

房子,本应该让人们只要用5年的工资就能买到,其余几十年为了生活不是还债而赚钱,才是对的。

而不是大部分人都要用几十年的一半工资甚至3/4工资还

褪去房子的投资属性,才是一个国家社会稳定发展的最好状态
把房子当投资快速发展的国家,目前还没有崩盘的没几个了,但是一直稳定发展的国家中,没有一个是靠房地产来拉动经济的,只有让钱回归它该去的地方,才可能让社会全面进步,而不是导致社会贫富差距和动荡,越多食利阶层的存在,这个社会就越完蛋

交了30%的税的人往往还得不到福利,对这些人太不公平了。而且这群人往往还有巨款要还银行。

拿着30%的税享受福利的人却可以住免费的屋子,可以享受儿孙挤床,甚至挤不下了还可以分到大房

所以说新西兰应该减税减福利了

你要真有可靠的收入来源,能覆盖银行成本,银行也不会逼死你。

She has zero knowledge of the extent of economy, how such a person fits in that position.

有人会说澳洲跟我们有啥关系?想当年奥克兰的房子就是追随悉尼的房价开始上涨的。澳洲对新西兰的影响绝对是无法忽视的。

坦白讲我觉得你们太嫩了,完全不懂这个世界。

首先房地产是个百年行业,其实才刚刚起步。

算了不谈这个,就讲吞噬人们收入,哪一个行业是清白的?!哪个行业不是尽量赚到尽?他们提供的产品和服务皆是贪婪的结果。十块钱的成本,都是尽量能赚到一百。房地产相对还算公平,因为到头来你有一瓦遮顶有房租可收。

At the moment refinancing is still not difficult, but once crisis happened, refinancing will not be easy.

The bank actually told me they will cut my overdraft/ flexi loan ( as it is interest only loan) when they think there is a change of internal policy. Sound like they are not as friendly as they were before. So, prepare the hay while the weather is good is true.

I knew a person property was foreclosed once they bank recall his overdraft / flexi loan and asked him to change bank but he can't get refinancing from other banks. The property was sold and was not enough to pay back the bank, he was made bankrupt after that.
