新西兰关于Land Covenant 有效期问题

AND IN FURTHER PURSUANCE of the Transferor's intention set out above the Transferor
in its capacity as Transferee for itself and its successors in title so as to bind each of the lots
comprising the Land ("the Covenanting Lots”) described in paragraph B of the Second
Schedule and for the benefit of all the other lots on the Land ("the Benefitting Lots")
described in each case in paragraph B of the Second Schedule and each of the registered
proprietors thereof from time to time HEREBY COVENANTS AND AGREES memorandum
with itself as Transferor with effect for the peiod from and including 1 August 1996 and
continuing up until 1 August 2016 that the Transferee will henceforth and at all times observe
and perform all the stipulations, restrictions and covenants contained in the First Schedule of
this memorandum TO THE END AND INTENT each of the said stipulations, restrictions and
covenants shall forever enure for the benefit of tie Benefitting Lots and every part thereof
and for the benefit of the registered proprietors thereof from time to time
以上是我房子land covenant 的一段话， 没有看明白 我自己理解就是从1996年8月1日到2016年8月1日 遵守schedule1 的规则，过了这个时间段就可以不用遵守schedule1 想问下我的理解正确吗还是需要去问律师？ 之前在论坛看有人说有的land covenant 是有有效时间的。 如果是这样现在2021年我可以不用遵守schedule1 规定吧 谢谢！

目測是這樣的 但最好還是諮詢一下律師吧 最好要他們白紙黑字把他們的分析寫下來
