看地图 像是两个 角, 一个是 Scott Point 一个是 Hobsoville Point

个人认为Hobsonville Point和Scott Point 都是属于Hobsonville的分支 都是属于Hobsonville的大区
只不过Hobsonville Point和Scott Point地段相对于整个区来讲 B格更高点
类似于Northcote 和 Northcote Point

这两个区虽说都同属Hobsonville大区，但是还是有区别的。
Hobsonville Point 主要是洋人开发商开发的中高密度为主的区。设计感很强。地小，房子大多联排甚至有公寓。交通方便（有轮渡）。各种咖啡店酒吧什么配套齐全。住户也主要以本地年轻人及核心家庭为主。
Scott Point主要是华人开发商后期开发的区。大部分都是巨大的方块房，适合一大家子住进去那种。住户也主要吸引多代同堂的家庭。
两个区都有很多绿地和海滨步道，居住环境都不差。但是住户人群和整体感觉完全不同，开车绕一圈就能感受的到。萝卜白菜各有所爱就看楼主你的需求了。

近段时间感觉好多问西区情况的，是FHB要爆发了吗?

最大区别就是 Hobsonville point 每年要交hobsonville point society， 一年几百块钱吧，但是有人打理整个小区，类似国内的物业。scott point 应该就没有这玩意了

Membership
Everyone who owns a property at Hobsonville Point is required by law to be a member of HPRS, whether they live at the property or rent it out. Membership fees are compulsory for all members and are currently set at:
a $300 new dwelling levy upon creation and transfer of the property title from the developer/builder to the first purchaser
$150 annual levy as at 2019/20 (this figure is set each year at the Annual Meeting)
