如题，只是车道最后一段，在人行步道和街道之间，我看大约也就5-6平方米，可是报价单上写的是22平方米。我的问题是，报价单上有一大长串的NB list，比如：按时付费呀，工作时间呀，inspections and visits等等有超过20项，因为我要修的那段路正好在雨水渠的上面，所以我已经得到council批了。其中一项：All care will be taken however no responsibility for damage to existing structures,kerbs,gutters,pavers,painted surfaces etc including underground service and remains the responsibility of the customer to protect with plywood or similar material if required. 这合理吗？万一他把下面的gutter弄坏了，还要我负责啊？

我可以要求加上一条，要是不符合council的要求，由他们负责与council沟通并完成改正工作吗？
