现在住在悉尼，准备搬到墨尔本，在墨尔本看了一个房子，打算租，中介给发过来的合同里面添加了20多条附加条款，而且大部分都让我觉得非常不合理，很模糊。比如说：
The Tenant shall be solely responsible for any repairs to the Premises or surrounding properties and any other costs caused (directly or indirectly) by their actions.
The Landlord may at least fourteen (14) days before the end of the term of the tenancy agreement give to the Tenant notice to vacate specifying a termination date that is the date of, or a date after, the end of the term.
我问中介，中介说这都是标准条款(standard REIV document)，我觉得中介没有说实话。
我原来在悉尼租房从来没有遇到过这样的情况，所有租房合同都是标准的，但是对维州规则不太了解，请问大家墨尔本租房都会有这么多不合理的附加条款吗？谢谢
