We have been with commbank for quite a longtime, recently I am very surprised to see that they increased our package fee without even advice of any sorts. and its 3 years ago... Does this sound right? To me I think thats the package we signed up at the beginning, both parties should follow. ... If I have done re-finance or start a new package, package fee's change is understandable. would appreciate your comments. thanks
