state rail authority (if there is a railway adjacent or if you are aware of a proposed railway corridor)
transgrid (this is the authority responsible for large electricity transmission towers)
local electricity supply authority
local council notices (to ensure there are no outstanding notice from council)
mines subsidence certificate (if the property is in a mines subsidence area)
other searches, for instance rural land protection board, heritage search etc
rta certificate (to ensure the property is not subject to any road widening or resumption proposals)
