控制面板上面有铭牌。打开主机找型号。Google 主机厂家。联系他们，他们也有上门服务，应该比较贵。 自己拆了控制器去厂家买，自己回来换上。应该不复杂。

Check the back of your old controller - Nest Thermostat needs at least 3 wires - if there are only 2 wires then you need to re-run the control cable to the main heating unit even your heater system is compatible with it.
