新建的房子settlement后，开发商附送做前院的绿化，可是他们inspection时说找不到安装在地下从driveway一侧延伸到另一侧的90mm pvc 管。问是否安装了，在哪里。
请教各位大大，是下图圈圈部分的这个吗？谢谢

我也不懂。developer 做前院绿化前inspection说找不到连接灌溉系统的pvc pipe.

灌溉系统只需要进水铜管。PVC要么是污水管，雨水管或者透气管，不明白为何要连灌溉系统
有的council有保护环境防止水土流失要求，需要有一片地是地下连着雨水收集管道的，是不是这意思？

开发商做inspection后给我的email是这样说的：
The 90mm Pvc Pipe that runs under the driveway from one side to the other was not installed – if it was installed please expose the pipe and send through an image.
然后他们的landscaping brochure上有一段这样的要求描述：
Has a 90mm PVC pipe been installed under the driveway,
offset 1m from the front title boundary (for irrigation connection).
我就觉得奇怪，如果他们所说的90mm pvc pipe 是我图片中黄色圈圈的部分，他们不会inspection 的时候看不到吧，这么明显。
我去问建筑商，建筑商说就是黄色圈圈那个，我就蒙了
