相比pergola，veranda，patio这些，我个人觉得louvre roof是最值得，也是最能提升房屋价值的了（不是我说的，而是whirlpool上公认的）。
不过价格真的感人，而且选择也很少，stratco算是主流了，但服务真不咋的，拿个quote要自行followup还得等几个星期 。

悉尼有华人做，可惜都是没有木工证的，这东西有一边是要连在房子的结构上的，最好找有carpenter license的人来做。有一回看到两个哥们把retractable roof直接用镀锌铁皮连到屋顶的truss上面，我都为房东着急
